Phoenix Browser

Your internet browser plays the most internet role while surfing the internet. A browser can either make the experience good or completely destroy it. A good browser is also important in order to put a minimum load on your phone or computer’s CPU and RAM.

For instance, using the Chrome Browser will consume maximum hardware power on both the phone and computer. To replace such a browser, you have the Phoenix Browser. It’s a free, fast, and solid web browser originally built for phones, but can be used on a computer too.

Phoenix Browser, in its original form, is a simple & plain browser. It uses a handful of plugins to take its functionality to the next level. For example, it has a WhatsApp Status Saver plugin to fetch all the WhatsApps stories. It has its own video player so that you don’t have to use an external player to play the videos. The browser has a very nice downloader and a download manager too.

Phoenix Browser also has a File Manager which maintains your downloaded files and also access the files stored on your device’s internal/external storage.

To block pop-ups, it has an ad-block feature. There is a data saver feature that keeps specific elements from a loader in order to save your internet data. For private browsing, you do get the incognito mode. Phoenix Browser further has an in-built translator. You can translate webpages and other text on the go.

A very unique feature that I personally liked in the Phoenix Browser is the no-image mode. When turned on, the no-image mode doesn’t allow any images to load on a webpage. This saves a huge amount of data that the images could possibly eat. The UI of this browser is equally good. It does have a Night Mode too.

Overall, the Phoenix Browser is one of the fastest browsers that I have personally used to date. Using it inside the emulator was a whole lot of fun. The browser does not lag and makes the webpages fly. It’s equally responsive and delivers the elements on a page within the shortest span of time. The Phoenix Browser may seem a bit overwhelming at first, but as you go through its features one-by-one, it would be much easier to master it.
