The title of latest game by BYV makes it look like a full fledged Role-Playing and online battle system game. However, The Vikings is actually a pretty simple arcade game. The first impressions of this game make it look more like Stickman series. However, there are some major differences. For example, The Vikings has a multiplayer mode in addition to single player mode. The multiplayer mode however is available offline only. Therefore, users cannot battle against there friends online. This is one drawback but the overall gameplay and its fun covers that.

The setting of The Vikings is as basic as it could get. Since it is a 2D game, so we we do not have much expectations from it. The backgrounds are in bold colors. Mostly its either pink or white. The backgrounds are in light colors because characters are just black shadows. Whether it’s done on purpose to make them look like shadows or not is unclear. If the fight is against AI, then AI will be wielding arrow and bow while player will simply throw axes.

The gameplay of The Vikings is basically slingshot style. You have to hold and stretch the character and then release it. It will throw axe in given direction and with power based on how much it was stretched. Mastering the aim takes some time. Therefore, do not get frustrated and practice against AI before challenging friends. A good players can take out opponents with a single headshot. It’s not as easy as it sounds. To install The Vikings for PC on Windows, download and install Bluestacks 3. In order to play The Vikings on mac, download and install Bluestacks. Mac is not supported by latest version of Bluestacks. Either download it directly from Play Store or install it using APK. Moreover, your machine should have one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or Mac OSX. Now just follow the installation steps given below to download and play The Vikings on laptops and desktop PC.

How to Download and Install The Vikings for PC

If you are using Windows, download and install BlueStacks 3.
If you are using Mac, download and install BlueStacks.
Setup your installed emulator according to the instructions explained in the guides.
Now open BlueStacks or BlueStacks 3.
Mac users: For BlueStacks, click on the Search icon and type the name as “The Vikings“ and then click on the Search using Google Play. Upon finding the game in Play Store, install it.
Windows users: For BlueStacks 3, click on My Apps > System Apps > Google Play Store.
In the Google Play Store’s search bar, type “The Vikings” and search. As soon as the game appears, install it.
After the installation comes to an end, the game will appear in My Apps tab of BlueStacks 3 and All Apps tab of BlueStacks.
You can now launch the game and follow the instructions given on the screen to play it.That’s all.

How to install The Vikings for PC using APK

Download and save The Vikings APK on your PC. (Download from a trusted source)
If you are using Windows, download and install BlueStacks 3.
If you are using Mac, download and install BlueStacks.
Setup your installed emulator according to the instructions explained in the guides. Now open BlueStacks or BlueStacks 3.
On Windows, double-click on downloaded The Vikings APK icon.
Select Bluestacks 3 as a preferred app to open it (if it’s not already selected).
It will be installed automatically and you will receive notification when done.
Open Bluestacks 3 and click on The Vikings icon. It’s now available for use.
On Mac, install Dropbox on Bluestacks using Play Store.
Open same Dropbox account on your browser or Mac and upload The Vikings APK there.
Now open Bluestacks, download APK onto emulator and install it using Android’s APK installer.
